Hey Sleepyhead! I'm glad you found us.

My name is Marta and I am a mother of two. When my first baby was an infant (and well into childhood), he had great difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep. I was in over my head as a new mom and desperate for solutions. It was then that I discovered a variety of products that were designed to help babies sleep. However, many of these products, like the Baby Merlin's Magic Sleepsuit, Dreamland Baby Sleep Sack and Swaddle, and the Zipadee Zip, were virtually impossible to order from a Canadian source. Exchange rates and customs fees meant that Canadian parents were paying more than they needed to for items that were widely accessible for those south of the border, and sometimes waiting weeks to receive them due to slow ship times. I decided I wanted to make items such as these more easily obtainable for Canadians by offering them directly from a Canadian retailer. Hence, the birth of Little Sleepyheads!

Fast forward several years... we had become a well-known name in baby sleep products. We decided to expand to products that were either not sleep-related, like the Tushbaby Hip Carrier (also unavailable in Canada at the time), or not necessarily for babies or children, like health supplements such as Q Sleep Spray with Melatonin and NuStrips Sleep in a Strip. 

Which brings us to today. You may have noticed that many of our original baby items are no longer available on the website. Let me tell you, competition is fierce. We’re simple not able to compete with Amazon's low prices and free shipping. Because of this, we refrain from selling products that are also sold on Amazon. Instead, we have shifted our focus to unique health and wellness supplements that help support relaxation and restful sleep.
