Shipping

We are a green business! Our goal is to minimize our impact on the environment, so we often reuse old shipping boxes such as ones from Amazon or Walmart. If you would prefer to receive your order in a brand new shipping box, please contact us after you have placed your order.

Our products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada via Canada Post ,UPS, or Purolator. Depending on your location, our oral sprays and other supplements may ship directly from the manufacturer if we determine that this option will result in a faster shipping time. In this case, the carrier will be determined by the shipper.

Orders to most Ontario addresses will be charged a flat rate of $10.
Orders to all other provinces or territories are usually charged a rate of $15.
Certain addresses that are located in remote areas cost significantly more to ship and will be charged an additional fee, which will be communicated to the customer after ordering. Customers who do not wish to pay the additional shipping fee can request a full refund for their order. We apologize for this inconvenience but unfortunately we are unable to cover the additional cost imposed on us by the shipping carriers.

Yes, we ship internationally! We have customers from all over the world including the USA and Australia. International shipping charges vary by destination and will update in your cart at checkout.

Most items will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, and many will ship out within 24 hours or same day. 

Little Sleepyheads is not responsible for damage or loss of goods that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. In these cases we will open an investigation with the courier company, who will determine how to proceed.

Important notes on Q Sleep Spray and other oral supplements:

Due to import restrictions, these products do not ship to most countries in Europe including the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Netherlands.

Due to border restrictions, orders of melatonin (such as Q Sleep Spray and NuStrips Sleep in a Strip) to Australia are limited to three units per shipment. If an order to Australia exceeds three units, we will adjust the order, refund any excess units, and ship the remaining three units of Q Sleep Spray. Before placing an order please ensure that you are following your country's laws regarding the import of this item.

*Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local and national import laws and regulations when ordering supplements. We are not responsible for any orders that are delayed, redirected, or destroyed by customs if import requirements are not met. Specifically, melatonin products being imported into Australia require a doctor's prescription and cannot exceed a 3-month supply per shipment.
