Return policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy on most items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Supplements, including oral sprays, are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it  (unworn/unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging). You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are not in their original condition will not be refunded or returned to the sender. This includes items that show signs of having been used, washed, are dirty, stained, contain odours or animal hair, or have damaged tags or packaging. Please understand that we cannot resell items in these conditions and therefore cannot accept them as returns. Thank you for understanding that there will be no exceptions to the above conditions.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Items not returned in their original condition will not be refunded or returned to you. This includes items with tags detached, items with signs of wear, items with dirt, stains, hairs or odours, and items that have been washed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
