Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped with Canada Post or UPS from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Supplements may ship directly from the supplier, depending on location and availability. In this case the shipping carrier will be determined by the shipper. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the items ordered and your location. Most items will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, and many will ship out within 24 hours or same day.

Little Sleepyheads is not responsible for damage or loss of goods that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. In these cases we will open an investigation with the courier company.
